Lukaku has raised his price the most since the beginning of the season

The Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku has increased more than anyone his transfer value, according to a research of the Football CIES Observatory. The study ranks players according to the rise in price and percent of that increase, rather than the current price. For example, Lukaku has increased his price with 56 million euros and costs currently 158.5 million euros, while in the summer he has been assessed of 102.7 million euros. The jump in the value of Lukaku is with 55.8 percent.
On the second place, there is Kylian Mbappe (Paris Saint-Germain), whose score is currently 145.8 million euros or jump with 50.4 percent. The third one is Paulo Dybala from Juventus with a jump of 47.3 percent or a transfer value of 161.0 million euros currently and 113.7 million previously.
Several of the young players, who are currently in Championships of the top 5 in Europe, have raised their prices by more than 100 percent, but are still far away from the top. This is Patrick Cutrone (Milan), Adama Diakhaby (Monaco) and Dennis Geiger (Hoffenheim).
Even though he was sold from Barcelona to Paris Saint Germain for 222 million euros, the Brazilian Neymar continues to raise his own value. He is currently on the sixth place in this ranking with a possible transfer value from 239.6 million euros or a raise with 28.4 percent. In front of him, on the fourth and the fifth place respectively there are Ousmane Dembele (Barcelona), although he is not playing at the moment and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain.
