Lucie Šafářová has been discharged from a hospital

Lucie Safarova returned home after spending several days in hospital.

As is known, the finalist of "Roland Garros" was suffering from a bacterial infection, for which she had to be hospitalized. The world No5 however has already been better and even has expressed her hopes that she will soon be back on the court.

"I am happy to be back home after a stay in hospital. I feel much better and I hope soon to get back on the court. Thank you all for your support and your kind messages," wrote Lucie on her profile in Facebook.

At this stage it is not clear, exactly when Safarova will resume training and which will be the next tournament, at which she will take a part.
